Over the years I have had many different vaccum cleaners. Like dirt devil, hoover, rainbow and filter queen to name a few. They all seemed to work OK when they were new, but they all would end up in the same place. The garbage. Rainbow and filter queen seemed to have pretty good longevity though. Recently I purchased a Kirby. It is expensive but well worth it. I really like the dry shampoo system. Being a single parent of two young boys, its very important for me to keep my floors and carpets as clean as possible. Kirby is way in front of the rest. I wish that I bought one long ago. And its guaranteed for life. So what vacuum cleaner works best for you?

THe hose wont scrunch down for me to put a knife all the way through. Maybe i could find something hard that’s long enough though. Keep the answers coming please.

I ****** them up with the hose attachment to my vacuum cleaner, but I’m afraid if I put my vacuum cleaner back in the broom closet, then all the bugs will fly back out. I’m thinking surely there is some sort of flap or valve to prevent this, but I don’t know for sure.

My dog will get a bunch of kibbles in his mouth and walk over to where i keep the vacuum cleaner ( usually i leave the cord on the floor in a tangled mess) and puts the food in the tangled cord and eats from there. He repeats this process several times throughout his feeding. I move the vacuum and he will keep doing it where ever the vacuum is. If the vacuum cord is put away he will not do it.
