any kind of VACUUM WITH A ROTATING BRUSH will dosince thare really all the same in that regard.
Or you could brush the carpet with a hair brush and then clean off the hair brush. There is no simple way.

Well, I have never met one I really liked, i have had cats all my life,,tought to get ahead of it, but you must have at least a 12 amp vac, with a beater bar….Dyson is great but pricey.
